Terrorist Group/World Stage Research Notes
TO THE READER: THESE ARE MY NOTES. AT PRESENT, THEY ARE INCOMPLETE AND AS SUCH THE “READ” IS NOT ALWAYS SMOOTH. BUT, THERE IS ENOUGH HERE THAT, IN THE EVENT OF MY DEATH, THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO FILL IN THE BLANKS. IT IS MY FERVENT HOPE THAT MISSION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED. LaDonna Rae Mosier
Let me put North Korea first, though it is slightly out-of-context; I need to get this in case I am unable to write any more. A few months ago, there was a ten-second story on the news about what appeared to be a brand new naval destroyer that had magically turned up in a Chinese port. It was flying the Iranian flag. The first question is, how did it get there? The media sure seemed to be stumped. If it sailed from Iran it would have been picked up, both on sonar and satellite. What if it was not built in Iran? Where else could it have been built? Russia? China? North Korea?
Remember the photo op Rouhani had with Kim Jong Un shortly before he was sworn in as President of Iran? Israel is beside herself on the issue of Iran obtaining nuclear weapons. Well, as I recall, North Korea already has “The Bomb”, and there have been “beneath the fold” stories recently that Jong Un has been test-firing more rockets. Why? They already have the capability, should they choose to make that move. Why the renewed testing? Why has America been silent on the issue? For whom is North Korea really testing those rockets? Themselves, or Iran? How difficult would it be to transport one or more nuclear weapons from North Korea to Iran? I seem to recall something about the former Soviet Union transporting missiles to Cuba and assembling them. Do you need centrifuges and heavy water reactors for assembly? Get ready for the $64,000 question: WHAT IF IRAN ALREADY HAS “The Bomb”? (I realize there is a chance I could be blowing the cover off of a massive intelligence operation. But, my instinct is that I am not. I have studied Prime Minister Netanyahu for thirty-five years and have a proven track record of being able to “read” him, with rare exception. He was genuinely upset, and still is. Yes, intercepting that ship headed for Gaza was a major triumph. But, he is DEEPLY worried about Iran’s facilities, and having a FIT over these negotiations. THAT is NO ACT.)
Let me be clear: I mean no disrespect to any of our intelligence services, the Air Force, and all others charged with the security of the United States, but it is my fear we are “behind the curve” on this one. Because he has been sounding the alarm for so long, at this point Prime Minister Netanyahu has been written off as the “boy who cried wolf”, and we are not listening to him. Israel has done many things over the years to slow Iran’s progress; some the public knows about, and some we do not. Nevertheless, HE IS RIGHT about the threat, and his renewed sense of urgency and, I believe, so am I.
Now, I will begin with the second-most disturbing find of all, which is to say it is the most recent. Since September 11, 2012, accusations have swirled about Ambassador Stevens’ death: stand down orders, a C-130 in Tripoli loaded with Special Forces not allowed to take off, two carriers in the area loaded with fighter jets, one Admiral relieved of his command immediately and flown back to Washington, did anyone answer that proverbial 3 a.m. phone call, was the State Department simply unwilling to spend extra money on security, why were no arrests made, how did CNN and the NYT manage to find and interview the people allegedly responsible (I would like to know how The Times just happened to be on scene myself), Hillary’s infamous outburst of “What difference…at this point…does it make?”, etc.
Everyone agrees Ansar al-Sharia (an affiliate of al-Qaeda), led by Mahammed al-Zawahi, was to blame. The people providing Stevens’ security were the Iraqi security force, the February 17th Martyrs Brigade, who had taken over Libya in July after Qaddafi’s death. Recently, it came to light that Stevens had been warned just a couple of days earlier that, if America did not stop supporting the secular candidate in Libya’s upcoming September 12th election, the Ambassador’s security force could no longer guarantee his safety. He sent a cable to that effect, and repeated his earlier requests for additional security.
Here is the unthinkable piece of the puzzle: the February 17th Martyrs Brigade IS Ansar al-Sharia. They are/were one and the same group, led by al-Zawahi. America hired Ambassador Chris Stevens’ own killers. I do NOT suggest this was done on purpose. But, someone, somewhere FUCKED UP. Did this administration not have a counterterrorism operative anywhere who knew that information? Did one or more counterterrorism operatives try to warn this administration? Did they not “get the memo”? Did it sit on someone’s desk unnoticed until it was too late? We hired terrorists to protect an American Ambassador from THEMSELVES. Unthinkable.
Let’s jump to more recent events. Libya has just been cited by the U.N.S.C. as supplying arms to everyone from Syria to Sudan all the way to Indonesia. North Korea is skirting sanctions, again according to the U.N.S.C.
The capture of an Iranian ship bound for Gaza loaded with rockets. Prime Minister Netanyahu has been warning the United States about Iran for years, and we have not been paying attention. In fact, we are currently in the process of the second round of P5+1 talks negotiating Iran’s nuclear program. When that ship was intercepted by Israel, the world hardly took notice. If the international community knew the connections, geographically as well as the links between the various terrorist organizations, they would be shaking like I am.
I will connect the dots in a moment. But, the Malaysian plane that “disappeared” and the knife attack at the train station a few days prior. Both had been predicted by officials in Thailand, and China had been forewarned. Counterterrorism experts are pointing the finger at J.I. the Jemaah Islamiya, a group based in Thailand where the stolen passports were sold. This group is also an al-Qaeda affiliate. Please remember both of these men were Iranian, and note the ethnic nature of the pilots’ names.
New information has emerged that Lockerbie was the work of Iran, not Libya (as has been believed for all of these years), in association with the PFLP (People’s Front for the Liberation of Palestine), an offshoot of the PLO responsible for terrorist acts for decades. Why would Iran enlist the aid of a Palestinian organization? The quick answer is a term with which spy novel fans are familiar: “Plausible Deniability”. (Much more follows on these alliances.)
Syria. People who are not “in the know” think it is Bashir al-Assad vs. “freedom-fighters”. Russia backs Assad, and clandestinely (although the information is leaking out) America is backing the “rebels”. To be blunt, Syria is a terrorist cluster-fuck. The “rebels” consist of the FSA (Free Syria Army), the al-Nusra front, the Taliban, al-Qaeda (most, if not all, of the groups I am listing are affiliated with al-Qaeda), Hamas, Ansar al-Sharia, al-Shabaab, Islamic Jihad, the Tatars (more on them when I get to Crimea)…the list goes on, and then there are the individual terrorist wannabes who learned they could go kill people and have flocked to the area in droves.
Assad’s team consists of his military and Iran/Hezbollah (a group based in Iran with another base in Lebanon). Here is the cluster-fuck part: Hezbollah supplies Hamas (remember the intercepted Iranian ship), and has for years. Yet, they are “fighting” each other in Syria. The various groups on the “rebel” side, when they cannot find an enemy to kill, turn on each other and kill members of their “allies”. (YouTube has plenty of videos that are very appetizing at dinnertime.) Why are Russia and Iran working together? More on that below.
Why did Vladimir Putin ride in to save the day when the United States began saber-rattling over the chemical weapons attack of August 21st? (Never mind there had been fourteen other such attacks that evidently escaped our notice.) Remember all the leaks? In between all of the podium-pounding, red-faced speeches, by the time it was all over Syria knew everything about our plan of attack but the Social Security numbers of the crews and the exact time we were going to begin. (Note: Most of the questions I am posing are rhetorical; I will get to the answers.)
[YOU’RE HOP-SCOTCHING. BE SURE TO SHORE THIS UP WHEN DONE]
Some of the 9/11 hijackers had documented ties to Palestinian organizations. Bin Laden lived in Khartoum, Sudan for several years. Many of the hijackers spent years going in and out of Iran. (As an aside, the recent uproar concerning the revelation that we had “a mole” inside of al-Qaeda, recruited out of Los Angeles and who later foiled an attempted terror attack there, is IRRESPONSIBLE AT BEST. No SHIT CIA develops assets. No fucking shit. Do you know how many years it takes to insert a mole into these terrorist networks? They are clan-based and check family backgrounds. They do not trust strangers very easily. How many moles will we now lose, either because they are afraid of being identified or because this administration JUST GOT THEM KILLED?)
            [SPECIFICS RE: ATTA, ET. AL.]
Crimea seems to be unrelated to all of these other events. It is not. Approximately 15% of Crimea’s current population is Tatar. This group of people was much larger prior to World War II, when they were exiled and banned from Crimea by the USSR as alleged Nazi-collaborators. They were literally packed into box cars and sent out of the country. About half of them died in transit. Tatars settled in Turkey (back to THAT in a second), and were not allowed back into Crimea until Gorbachev assumed power. Naturally they distrust the Russians, which is why many Tatars have chosen to take up arms against Russia in Syria.
Speaking of which, comparisons are being drawn between Ukraine and the Cuban Missile Crisis. Has anyone asked the questions: why are we “fighting” against Russia in Syria, (and doing nothing about Crimea)? Isn’t America supposed to have some sort of tenuous, cordial relationship with Russia these days?  Does that not also put us “at odds” with both them and Iran? Yet, from all appearances, we are now BFFs with Iran. We are “fighting” Hezbollah by aiding terrorist networks on the “other side”, while at the same time we are relieving sanctions on Hezbollah’s sponsor and negotiating with them.
Which is the perfect lead-in to my next question: What is going on between the United States and Israel? Everyone remembers Obama’s infamous “death stare” at his press conference with Prime Minister Netanyahu a few years ago. What they may not have heard is what went on behind the scenes during that visit. The Prime Minister was brought in the back of the White House, rather than in front as Heads of State normally are. The two men had a major difference of opinion regarding how to deal with the so-called “Palestinians”, a dispute that continues to this day. So, POTUS went off in a huff, and left a Head of State alone for over an hour while he had dinner with the wife and kids and sulked. I have never heard of such abominable behavior by a President in my life. (There have been more public tantrums of which the public is aware; ordering the FAA to ground certain flights for a week in order to teach Congress a “lesson” is but one of them.)
More recently, the public spectacle that occurred last fall was maddening. Secretary of State John Kerry had a public “presser” with his “good friend ‘Bibi’” before meeting with the Palestinian Authority for one of his attempts at playing peacemaker. Kerry proceeded to meet with Mahmoud Abbas, called the Israeli settlements “illegitimate”, and threatened the Prime Minister with a possible “Third Intifada” if “Bibi” did not acquiesce to Kerry’s vision of peace. Then, he jumped on a plane, went to Geneva, and said and did everything the exact opposite of what his “good friend ‘Bibi’” has ever said about Iran!
Wait. It gets worse. After the dueling press conferences, where Prime Minister Netanyahu was nothing short of apoplectic, Kerry takes to the podium and begins making speeches about how he is doing what is “in the best interests of Israel”! (WHEN was he appointed Acting Prime Minister, or Israel’s Ambassador to the P5+1, or ANYTHING? Did Prime Minister Netanyahu “miss the memo”, because he certainly APPEARED to be upset?!) While Obama’s poker face has improved over the years, this administration’s actions belie its words. And, lately, Obama’s own words have shown Israel his true allegiance; remember all the times he has “warned” Prime Minister Netanyahu to do this or that. We have betrayed Israel. Why? (Yes, this has everything to do with the subject-at-hand; bear with me.)
One portion of the Middle East that has largely been forgotten over the past year is Egypt. Let’s review. Hosni Mubarak was certainly no human rights activist, nor a saint. But he honored the peace treaty with Israel for THIRTY YEARS. Enter Obama. Mubarak gets ousted, which we publicly supported. Morsi, a card-carrying member of the Muslim Brotherhood (we are getting there), is elected “President”, and after his “democratic election” proceeded to suspend the Constitution, disband the government, and spent the next two years working to institute Sharia Law in Egypt. (By the way, the Muslim Brotherhood is no friend of Israel’s. That dates back to 1928; more in a minute.) The United States continues its financial aid, and we cozy up to Morsi. Then the people of Egypt rose up and got rid of him. THEN Obama denounces the “coup” (was the American Revolution a “coup”; as I recall, we took this place by force), suspends aid, refuses to supply previously-promised military equipment so that General al-Sisi can fight the terrorists (who are concentrated in the Sinai; remember Israel), and condemned Egypt’s designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization (it IS one; keep reading). Could the reason for our condemnation of Egypt’s designation be that we currently employ members of the Muslim Brotherhood in this administration, most notably in the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY?
            [LIST OF MB EMPLOYEES]
The Muslim Brotherhood is not now, nor has it ever been, a “peaceful political organization”. It has been around since 1928 and is led by someone titled the “Grand Mufti”. Grand Mufti al-Husseini was friends with Hitler, and he advised Hitler to “kill all the Jews wherever you may find them”. Where did that come from? The Koran, and the same sentiment is expressed in the Hamas Charter of 1987:  “The day of Judgement (sic) will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say o muslims, o Abdullah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.”
The Muslim Brotherhood is the parent organization of Hamas, al-Qaeda, and its tentacles reach into most, if not all, of the 100+ terror organizations listed on the Counterterrorism website (http://www.nctc.gov/site/groups/ji.html). It is based in Turkey, and about a year ago a book came out chronicling the fact that, other than the possible exception of Great Britain, POTUS spends more time on the telephone with Turkey than with any other nation [REFERENCE].
Let me back up for one second. There is a 2009 document that was smuggled out of Jordan in which the Muslim Brotherhood expresses interest in joining forces with Russia for the purpose of eradicating “the American-Zionist plan”:
The Muslim Brotherhood, which dispatched fighters to defeat Soviet forces in Afghanistan and more recently has been accused of supporting Chechen militants against Moscow, is now considering developing ties with Russia in order to oppose Israel and the United States, according to a report on a Russian-language Israeli website. On August 23, Mikhail Fal’kov reports, a confidential document that had been prepared by the Muslim Brotherhood concerning the possibility that that group would develop ties with Russia in order to combat Israel and the US appeared on the Ammon News portal site in Arabic (www.ammonnews.net/article.aspx…In his article on the Russian-language Israel portal Izrus.co.il, Fal’kov not only describes the contents of the document but provides context for what would be a remarkable – he calls it a “180-degree” – change in the direction of one of the most radically anti-Russian groups in the Muslim world (izrus.co.il/dvuhstoronka/article/2009-08-30/6085.html). Such a change would give Russia not only an additional lever in the Middle East and the Islamic world more generally, a lever Moscow may assume is its to command given American support for Israel, but also help Moscow deal with anti-Russian Islamic militants in the North Caucasus by depriving them of the support of a group that has long been on their side. According to Fal’kov, a week ago, the Jordanian section of the Association of Muslim Brotherhoods was “practically paralyzed” as its leaders searched for “the traitor” who had leaked what he describes as “a secret document of extraordinary importance” that could cost the government its permitted status in Jordan because of its “anti-government character.” The concerns of the Muslim Brotherhood leadership were all the greater because, as Fal’kov said a source in Israeli government had told him, the Jordanian intelligence service had been involved in the seizure of the document and had given it to the media for public dissemination and discussion. The most interesting aspect of the document, Fal’kov continues, is its discussion of the possibility that the Muslim Brotherhood might decide to cooperate with rather than oppose Moscow, a shift that if it took place could have major consequences not only in the Middle East but in Russia’s North Caucasus. “Russia is trying to establish its former international status,” the document says, “and to return to a situation in which it was a balancing force in the international arena, as a counterweight to the United States. This is being done,” it continues, “with the use of forces” as in Georgia intended to weaken Washington’s probes against it. The Muslim Brotherhood document also notes that “Russia has achieved serious success by means of its agreement with Iran about the transfer to it of resources, information and technology, and all of this is taking place in parallel with efforts undertaken jointly with China not to allow the application of force against the Iranian nuclear program.” But despite these successes, the document suggests, “Russia all the same has not yet achieved the necessary level in order to stand up to American force.” And consequently, the confidential Muslim Brotherhood document suggests, those who support the Brotherhood’s goals need to reflect on what to do. Specifically, it says that “one must think through a project of interaction with Russia. From this arises the necessity of increasing the political ties between Russia and the Muslim Brotherhoods in order to stand up to the American-Zionist plan, which considers the Islamic world as a target” rather than as something with which it can cooperate. As Fal’kov points out, there are two intriguing aspects to this document: On the one hand, it calls for a “180-degree change in the traditional policy of the Muslim Brotherhoods toward Moscow,” a change that Fal’kov highlights by considering the anti-Russian actions of the Brotherhoods over the last 40 years. But on the other, the document’s reference to expanding rather than creating such ties suggests, Fal’kov continues, that in fact Russian and perhaps earlier Soviet intelligence operatives had been involved with the Muslim Brotherhoods, even when the two sides were ideologically at daggers drawn. It is of course far from clear whether this document is genuine. All those involved in its revelation and discussion have their own reasons for putting it out now. But its content is not implausible, and consequently, the changes it points to in Moscow’s relations with a group the Russian government says its opposes should ought to attract the closest scrutiny.

The Muslim Brotherhood has since forged that alliance. Putin has his own reasons for it; I will include those if I have time. Meanwhile, Turkey is in a state of turmoil and will likely erupt before their elections. Because of their economic conditions, Turkey has been considering a relationship with Russia for that purpose. Again, Turkey is the home of the Muslim Brotherhood, and remember they have infiltrated the American government. This organization has become so emboldened it is not even really trying to hide it anymore. Just ask Great Britain. The U.K. is having its own problems with these fanatics, and other places, like Norway, have become firmly entrenched.
(I am sitting on a powder keg, so in case I run out of time let me go ahead and state my claim and pray the dots will be connected if for some reason I am not able to finish): ANYONE ENDORSING ANY ORGANIZATION OR PERSON(S) ASSOCIATED WITH THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD FOR ANY REASON IS ENDORSING THE EXTERMINATION OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL, and her allies.
All evidence points, not to a Nazi Germany situation, but to a much more alarming situation. The forces that encouraged Hitler’s “Solution” to “the Jewish problem” (Israel) are now strategically in a position to ACCOMPLISH it.

CURRENT EVENTS IN ISRAEL
I have no earthly idea where the following section will wind up in my book, but it must be written nonetheless. OK. I have had quite enough of the past four months. As is often the case when writing, my original plans for the order of this manuscript have gone by the wayside in favor of addressing something that is on my mind at the moment. As always, the subject is Israel, but this installment is about current political events and commentaries I have been hearing and reading.
Let us begin in September, 2013, when Secretary of State John Kerry appointed himself the new prime minister of Israel. After holding a “presser” where he called Prime Minister Netanyahu his “good friend ‘Bibi’”, Kerry stabbed his “good friend” in the back so many times I lost count. Of course, I realize his behavior is partially at the behest of our anti-Semitic president, Barack Hussein Obama, but Kerry’s shameful treatment of his “good friend” is especially heinous in light of the fact that John Kerry is Jewish. Yes, that is correct. John Kerry is Jewish. I know. Everyone thinks he is Catholic. Well, Mr. Kerry can convert to whatever he wishes to convert to, but the fact remains he is from the lineage of David. John Kerry is a Jew.
The Secretary of State’s family name was Kohn. They changed it when they moved to America from Austria-Hungary to avoid persecution. Seemingly cowardice runs in the Kohn/Kerry family, as anyone can see from Kerry’s Vietnam years. But, I digress. From all appearances, John Kerry is running as fast and hard as he possibly can in order to get as far away from his Jewish roots as possible. This is evidenced by his recent betrayal of Israel.
Kerry left his “good friend ‘Bibi’” after their meeting, and went straight to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, where he proceeded to call Israeli settlements “illegitimate” and threatened the Prime Minister of Israel with a “third Intifada” should Mr. Netanyahu fail to comply with the Secretary of State’s vision for a “two-state solution” to the Palestinian situation. But wait, it gets better. Kerry then flew to Geneva for the P5+1 summit where the issue of Iran’s nuclear program was discussed. He proceeded to hammer out a so-called “interim agreement” that was in direct defiance of everything his “good friend ‘Bibi’” had discussed, then added insult to injury by making repeated proclamations from every podium in sight that this agreement was “in Israel’s best interests”.
What chutzpah. The unmitigated gall. What exactly qualifies our Secretary of State to know what is “in Israel’s best interests”? Just who does he think he is? Not to mention he returned to the United States, had a meeting with Congressional leaders, and urged them not to “listen to Israel on this (Iran)”. Really? To whom should Congress listen, Mr. Secretary? You? I repeat: Just who in hell do you think you are? I am not Jewish, I am not Israeli, and I am certainly not the prime minister of Israel, yet John Kerry’s sheer arrogance has me so angry I cannot see straight. So, what is the Secretary up to now? He just ended his tenth visit to Israel, and is planning to return in 48 hours for another push to fulfill his fantasy of the Camp David II Peace Accords. It does not seem to bother him that Prime Minister Netanyahu, who is longsuffering to the point of making Job look bad, excoriated Kerry during his last visit to Israel in a televised press conference:
To make matter worse (although it would be humorous if the sheer nerve of this man were not so maddening), Kerry invoked Vietnam as his model for how he envisions the “peace process” being resolved between Israel and the Palestinians. Vietnam? The Secretary of State has brass so huge I do not know how he manages to walk around! He and Hanoi Jane humiliated this country, and betrayed the very men with whom Kerry served…how can he even mention the name of Vietnam without choking? Unbelievable!
But I think the most priceless part of his speech was where the Secretary repeatedly claimed to “understand” what it is like for Israel to live under constant threat. How is that, Mr. Kerry? How can you possibly “understand”? When was the last time a rocket fired from Gaza was aimed at you? If you truly wish to “understand”, Mr. Secretary, try the following IDF video on for size:
After you stop shaking, Mr. Kerry (that is, if you have enough sense to BE shaking), maybe now you “understand” just a little…emphasis on “just a little”.
I have barely touched the surface of the Secretary of State’s grandiose plans for Israel. Kerry wants to institute what amounts to a revival of the Allon Plan with regard to Jordan, he and Obama intend to pressure Israel into giving up any and all claims to the Temple Mount, and they would like it very much if Prime Minister Netanyahu would surrender all of Jerusalem to the Palestinians. Anything else, gentlemen? What else can the Prime Minister do for you? Maybe he can turn over his house keys to Mahmoud Abbas. Better yet, why doesn’t he just surrender Israel? Mr. Secretary, you and POTUS are REPUGNANT.
Speaking of repugnant, here is the latest: Now our beloved Secretary of State wants Israel to take in over 80,000 Palestinian “refugees” and their descendants from the War of Independence. What planet does John Kerry live on? He clearly does not know history. Let us have a little refresher course. In 1948 Jordan, Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Egypt descended upon Israel with the intention of annihilating her just twenty-four hours after Statehood (see Chapter Two). The Jordanians (who were not “Palestinians”) were hung out to dry by Jordan after the war. Israel was left to deal with the situation on her own, and has been trying to do so for 65 years.
Israel fought a war, and Israel won. Why are the “refugees” Israel’s problem? Why have the Arabs not taken care of their own? The answer is a simple one, Mr. Secretary. It is expedient for the Arab world to continue the “Israel/Palestinian conflict”. As long as the red herring of “Palestinian refugees” remains in place, Israel can continue to be demonized by the rest of the world. You, Mr. Kerry, are playing right into their hands. Why is it that you take every word Mahmoud Abbas says as Gospel, and ignore every word your “good friend ‘Bibi’” has to say? Why is it that you have never picked up a history book? How is it that a secretary of state can be so woefully ignorant (or deliberately blind) regarding the Middle East? John Kerry, you are a travesty, and so are your policies.
ARIEL SHARON
Former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon died today (January 11, 2014), and the reaction has been a mixture of mourning and appalling hatred. Some of the things I have seen posted on the Internet are beneath contempt; some by the usual suspects, and others by people one would not expect.  Palestinians and Hamas threw a party, celebrating the death of a “thug” and “terrorist”. The Ayatollah Khamenei lauded the death of a “vulture” and “villain”. Rich, considering the sources.
But, many such insults were hurled by Israelis, Jews, and even a Rabbi, decrying Sharon’s actions, blaming him for displacing Jewish settlements and for “crimes” in Lebanon. The Rabbi went so far as to wish God’s Judgment on him. I have my own issues with Gaza, but my boyfriend astutely reminded me of something I will share in a moment. First, let me address Lebanon and The Kahan Commission Report (1983).
According to Sharon’s detractors, he ordered a “massacre” in Lebanon, for which he was blamed internationally and for which he ultimately resigned as Defense Minister. People were killed in Beirut, of that there is no question. But, contrary to what is being reported by Israel-bashers, the Kahan Commission Report found that a Christian militia group carried out the attack:
              https://twitter.com/EDLSSmith/status/422403221655912448/photo/1/large
Israel was found to be “indirectly responsible” because it was an Israeli-controlled area. That is a far-cry from “ordering” a “massacre”.
However, please let me digress for just a moment, because it ties in with these lambasting assessments of Ariel Sharon’s life. I am aware of the Irgun, the Stern Gang, and other groups that were formed as a result of British treatment of Jews after their return to what became Israel. These have been labeled terrorist organizations, and objectively that is a correct analysis. After the Munich Massacre, the Mossad was equally decried for engaging in terrorism during what was dubbed “Golda’s Revenge”. Frankly, I have no use for any of these characterizations, and I realize that is pure emotion on my part. But, if my people were being treated like chattel, six million of them disappeared, and the rest became daily target practice for every anti-Semite on the planet, I think I would get a little pissed off myself. In fact, I know I would. I just might be tempted to blow up something just to erase the memory of the latest Jew I saw slaughtered.
Back to Lebanon. Even if Sharon had ordered a “massacre”, I am not sure I would have blamed him. Nevertheless, knowing what I know now about the tactics terrorists use to defame Israel and make them international pariah, I question some of the pictures that have been posted on the Internet today. Hamas is quite adept at hiding rockets and artillery inside of schools and hospitals so that, after they fire rockets at Israel and the IAF (Israeli Air Force) responds, Hamas can trot out the dead children and show the world that Israel is the real terrorist organization…and the world just laps it up. So, I am not impressed when I see lines of dead children in front of a camera. My first question is, “Who really put them there?”
As to Gaza, I disagree vehemently with the decision to give it up. But, here is where my boyfriend enters the picture. He reminded me of a lesson I studied recently in Torah (although he did not realize the connection). I have gone to great pains this day not only to refrain from criticizing Ariel Sharon, but to jump on those who have been running his name through the mud. While we were discussing the day’s events, my boyfriend stated that he understood my position on Gaza, but to remember that there is a difference between intentional and unintentional actions. Then it clicked.
In Torah, if one decides to perform a good deed of some kind, and then for some reason is unable to go through with it, he is given credit as though he actually DID perform the deed. HaShem (God) looks at the intent. The heart. Did Ariel Sharon intend for innocent children to die in Lebanon? Did Ariel Sharon intend to unleash Hamas with their 13,000 rockets (to date), bombings, stabbings, kidnappings, firebombs, homicide belts, etc., when he agreed to turn Gaza over to the Palestinians? Did he intend for Hamas to take over Gaza? I think I know the answers to those questions, but the fact is only God knows the answers for certain, and that brings me to my final point.
I found myself in a debate with someone who calls himself “TorahLectures” on Twitter. He was decrying Sharon’s actions, and defending the Rabbi who wished God’s Judgment upon him. I reminded “TorahLectures” that in Torah (!) we are told never to wish ill on a Jew. Where is this lesson? Exodus (Shemot). It is not that Jews never do anything wrong. Indeed, God became angry with Israel countless times throughout the Tanakh (Old Testament). But, he became angry because they were being selfish. “We don’t have enough food.” “We don’t like the food we are getting.” “We’re tired of being in the desert.” “We want blah, blah, blah.” Ingratitude. Lack of trust in HaShem. That is what made God angry.
Yet, when Moses became angry with God during his encounters with Pharaoh, HaShem did not count it against him. Why not? Because, contrary to the selfish whining I just described, Moses railed at God because ISRAEL WAS SUFFERING. Moses was pleading ISRAEL’s case. His motive (intent) was love for God’s People, and here we have former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Whether what he did was right or wrong is up to God to decide, but the real question is, “What were Sharon’s intentions?” THAT is why we are NEVER to wish ill on a Jew because HaShem, and HaShem ALONE knows the HEART.
After the Funeral
Now that the official mourning period has passed, it is time to clear up some misconceptions and provide details I refrained from giving earlier out of respect for the late prime minister. As a preface, please view the following video. As you listen to the commentary (feel free to disregard the “predictions”; that is not the reason I am posting the link) and Ariel Sharon’s words, pay close attention to the expression on Prime Minister Netanyahu’s face:
Did you see the look as then-Prime Minister Sharon made his proclamation concerning Gaza? It is the same look I viewed on the faces of Cabinet members the day Israel voted on the Palestinian prisoner releases (to be discussed at a later time). Netanyahu’s look was a look of horror. Ariel Sharon fell into the trap so many well-intended but misguided Israeli leaders have throughout the short history of the State of Israel, and now you see why I waited to publicize this section until after his funeral.
It is called, “piece for peace”. Israel gives up land in a vain attempt to secure peace with the Arab world. It has never worked, and it never will. (For more detail, see Chapter Four, “Terrorism 101”.) Jamal Zahalka of the Palestinian Authority stated the problem succinctly on the floor of the Knesset when he said (paraphrasing) that the Palestinians had been here (Israel) long before them (Israel) and would be there long after they (Israel) were gone. To quote Prime Minister Netanyahu’s response: “The first part is wrong, and the second part, will not happen”. But, this philosophy of the Arab world is the reason why “piece for peace” will never work. See “The Conflict in Under 60 Seconds”:
The more Israel gives, the more the Palestinians want. The Arabs are not interested in Gaza, nor Judea, nor Samaria, nor in “sharing” Jerusalem as their Capitol (are you listening, Mr. Kerry?). The Arab world will not rest unless it finally attains its stated objective: the annihilation of Israel.
So, back to Sharon’s statement. “Occupation” of Gaza? Let me quote Israeli Ambassador to the U.N., Ron Prosor: “One cannot ‘occupy’ one’s own home”.  Sharon should have read the Tanakh. Gaza has never belonged to any people called “Palestinians”. Regardless of who hands Gaza to whom, Gaza has been and always will be a part of Israel. And I have never heard Prime Minister Netanyahu state otherwise.
Let me make this abundantly clear. I do not indict the late Ariel Sharon for his decision to turn over Gaza to the Palestinians. I have stated that I believe it was well-intended but misguided, and I also believe the results of that decision speak for themselves.
Now let’s see what the New York Times had to say about Sharon’s career:
Let us dissect this article and ascertain the facts. I would like to point out a couple of very biased comments, and then cover the “Battle of Qibya”, with most of my attention going to the Times’ ridiculous characterization of the events in Lebanon, 1982. Questions to Ethan Bronner (author of the article in dispute): How exactly was Israel “ruling” the Palestinians? From what “Palestinian lands” was Ariel Sharon planning to withdraw? Where are these “Palestinian lands” located?
Further, Mr. Bronner’s narrative of Qibya leaves much to be desired. He states:
“The battle of Qibya, in which 69 people were killed, more than half of them women and children, and 45 houses were demolished, brought Israel its first condemnation by the United Nations Security Council and became a Palestinian rallying cry for a generation.”
The implication is that Israel was guilty of what Palestinians term a “massacre” by virtue of the fact that the UNSC condemned the action. Here is what really happened:
Need I remind everyone of the time the British tricked Haganah into blowing up a boatload of Jewish refugees? Would someone like to accuse Ben-Gurion of deliberately “massacring” his own people? Again, Terrorism 101. The tried and true tactic of every terror organization in existence. Hide behind women and children. Then, when they are killed, trot out the dead bodies and blame Israel. It works every time, especially at the United Nations…and the New York Times (remember, this is the newspaper of “What ‘Holocaust’” fame).
Mr. Bronner goes into the events in Lebanon (1982) in great detail. Every word of his description is an outright lie, which was born out in the Kahan Commission Report (1983). Also, glaringly absent is the event that precipitated the attack in question. In 1976, Palestinians conducted the slaughter of over 580 Christians in Damour. Six years later, a Christian militia group, “Damouri Brigades” retaliated in Sabra and Shatila. For convenience, I will provide the link once again:
One may also search the Internet for the complete Kahan Commission Report, from which the above-listed graphic was derived. However, here is a brief summary:
As stated above, while Sharon ultimately resigned over the incident, he did so out of honor, not because of any culpability on his part. He was cleared by the Commission after a full investigation, and the only reason Israel was held “indirectly responsible” was because it was an Israeli-controlled area. Period.
Mr. Bronner’s implication that then-Defense Minister Ariel Sharon had anything to do with “ordering” or “encouraging” this attack is shameless, and he either did not verify his information before printing this nonsense or was flat-out libelous. Which, I do not know. What I do know is history has a completely different version of events than Bronner’s distorted smear against Sharon.
Before closing this section, I would like to take the opportunity to expound a little on the subject of Prime Minister Netanyahu, since he came up in the discussion about Gaza.
People attempt to read Prime Minister Netanyahu’s mind and fail miserably, because they do not study him. He is not such an enigma if you understand what makes him “tick”. Over the years, I have found what the Prime Minister says is not nearly as important as what he does NOT say. Mr. Netanyahu weighs his words carefully. What the world witnessed late last year was not the Prime Minister’s modus operandi. He does not air his grievances publicly. What happened with John Kerry over the issue of Iran occurred because Prime Minister Netanyahu was hurt, angry, and had been betrayed. What was far more painful for him was that Israel had been betrayed. Here is Binyamin Netanyahu in a nutshell: He loves his people with all of his heart. That love motivates his every thought, word, and deed.
However, the mind-reading can be quite humorous at times. For example, when the Prime Minister made his speech before the United Nations in September, he made a comment about Iran wanting “its yellow cake, and eat it too”. The world went berserk. Everyone was laughing…especially Prime Minister Netanyahu. What a corny statement. What a bizarre thing to say. It wasn’t exactly a profound speech. How unstatesmanly. Was that the best he could do? Actually, yes it was. You missed the point: He had you talking about it, didn’t he?
I do not understand how people underestimate this man so. He was Sayeret Matkal. He graduated both MIT (economics) and Harvard (political science). His father taught history at Cornell University. Do people honestly believe him to be a buffoon? There is not a word that comes out of Binyamin Netanyahu’s mouth that does not have a purpose. I don’t know the number, but he clearly has an IQ higher than the collective IQ of the Knesset. Yet, people take the Prime Minister at face value and completely misjudge him.
And the Prime Minister laughs.
Many thanks to @EDLSSmith for his input.
I THOUGHT I WAS DONE WITH THIS SECTION
I thought I had put the Ariel Sharon issue “to bed”, but then I got on Twitter this morning and I see I have more work to do. Beginning with the most outrageous thing I have seen: Ariel Sharon is being compared to Moses in Israeli curriculum? I think I have been rather restrained until now. I even had the common sense Vice President Biden lacks by refusing to raise the Gaza issue until after sunset Monday (the day of the funeral). But that information pushed me over the edge. MOSES? Moses worked to bring Israel to the Promised Land, not GIVE IT AWAY. Is there any way I can state that more clearly?
In fact, I just had a heated debate with my boyfriend (who, incidentally, is Jewish) about Gaza. While I am currently working on the second half of Chapter Four (“The Palestinians”), I need to give a brief history to support what I have to say. First, my assertion. Asking Israel to give up Gaza is tantamount to asking the State of Texas to give up Laredo and other border towns where Mexican drug cartel violence has spilled over into the United States. What is the argument? Well, in 2005 Gaza was mostly populated by Arabs. Let us just move 10,000 Jewish “settlers” out, and there will be peace. I will have the specific demographics to put in Chapter Four, but I know from having lived in Texas that the Mexican population is quite high, and is increasing every year. Perhaps the Lone Star State should acquiesce to the violence. Give up those cities where Mexican gangs have the “upper hand”. That will keep the peace. Won’t it?
Sure, as my boyfriend pointed out, Texas does not have the “international community” breathing down its neck. But, why should any sovereign state bow to international pressure of any kind? If the United Nations Human Rights Council issued a proclamation tomorrow stating that the State of Texas was committing human rights violations by enforcing security along its border, should Texas simply say, “Oh, OK. We’ll back up our border in order to keep the peace.” ARE YOU INSANE? WHY is Israel the only nation on Earth that is asked (more like coerced) to give up its border(s) in order to keep the peace? Even before Israel officially became a state, terrorists were jumping across the Jordanian border, killing Jews, and jumping back. Perhaps Israel should never have established its current border with Jordan. Perhaps it should have been further inland.
But, wait. If they had moved further inland, and the “Palestinians” have a right to Gaza, that would have limited Israel’s ability to establish a western border. So, just exactly where would the lines have been drawn? Israel cannot have western Jerusalem; that belongs to the “Palestinians”. They cannot have Gaza; that belongs to the “Palestinians”. Jordanian terrorists were wreaking havoc on the eastern border; let Jordan have it. Now let’s talk about Lebanon. The Lebanese have been (and continue to be) terrorizing Israel from the north; let Israel move its border south. Hang on a second. I have yet to mention Egypt. Do you see where I am going? THIS IS SHEER LUNACY! Even JEWS are not thinking about what is in Israel’s best interests! What in God’s name is going on? My boyfriend thinks it was smart to bow to international pressure in order to increase Israel’s standing in the eyes of the world. Question: HAS IT WORKED?
Where precisely should Israel go? Swimming? They would have to jump over Gaza and the “West Bank” just to get into the Mediterranean! Think about it. Americans are being beheaded in Mexico. Mexico, historically, has far more of a claim on Texas than “Palestinians” have over any portion of Israel. If the State of Texas were to give up a few hundred miles of its border to keep the peace, would that not solve the problem? It would only be right. After all, it belonged to Mexico long before Texas got the land.
Yes, I am being facetious. And yes, I am livid. Let me tell you something. I do not care how many al-Qaeda cells move into apartment buildings in Kentucky. I do not care how many terrorists from Chechnyan training camps place pressure cooker bombs at the Boston Marathon. I do not care how many Islamist extremists move into New York City or anywhere else in the United States. With the Department of Homeland Security employing members of the Muslim Brotherhood to “protect” me, I will not be surprised if terrorists get their hands on more planes at some point and try to plow into more of my buildings. I do not care. You will have to kill me with the gun still in my hand before you take one square inch of my land away from me!
Who in HELL are we to tell Israel any differently? My boyfriend’s reasoning is this: Jews only comprised less than 1% of the population of Gaza in 2005. So, what difference did it make if Sharon moved the settlements? For the answer to that question I need to back up and discuss the Oslo Accords, which I will be posting in the second half of Chapter Four within the next 48 hours. Meanwhile, my argument stands. Aside from my firmly-entrenched belief that Israel belongs to Israel, which is based squarely in the Tanakh and from which I will never equivocate, for America, the United Nations, and the rest of the world to continue demanding that Israel relinquish more and more of its territory to appease terrorists is the height of hypocrisy. To quote Dean Rusk, “Appeasement only makes the aggressor more aggressive”. Or, since Prime Minister Netanyahu is fond of Winston Churchill (as am I): “The appeaser feeds the crocodile hoping it will eat him last”. Both statements are true, and both statements reflect the idiocy of this philosophy.
Stay tuned for “The Palestinians” update.

PROLOGUE
If there is no God, explain this:
Yes, I loved Frank Sinatra. But he is not to whom I refer. I direct you to the sound of the Stradivarius. Listen to it again.
You see, the Nazis tried to silence it. When they rolled into Austria-Hungary, they shut down those great opera houses. The music was no more.
And now, more than ever before, I understand the State of Israel. I understand how Jews triumphed over evil incarnate. I understand why they are so full of life. I understand why they take advantage of every moment of every day. I understand why they do good works to those who would do evil unto them. I understand why their faith in God is so deep, so pure, so unequivocal. I understand how that tiny nation survives in the face of terrorism. I understand how Israel continues to fight the war against bigotry so valiantly and tirelessly.
Because the Nazis did not win.
The Nazis did not silence the music. They only quieted it for a little while.
The Nazis did not destroy the Jews. They only persecuted God’s People for a little while.
And now the music is back.

            And so is Israel.

CHAPTER FOUR - TERRORISM 101 & THE “PALESTINIANS”

Current events have changed my outline for this chapter. The recent death of Nelson Mandela has provoked a fierce debate over just who that man was. He is being hailed as a great peace advocate who ended Apartheid in South Africa after being wrongfully imprisoned and persecuted for his beliefs. Mandela, according to the prevalent rhetoric, was an admirable man who fought tirelessly for the oppressed, who should be remembered as an example of the rewards of perseverance, and who should be an inspiration to all.
Please give me a moment while I become ill. I am familiar with revisionist history, but I have never seen such blatant propaganda arise in such a short period of time in my life. Permit me to set the record straight. Nelson Mandela was a terrorist. I will repeat: Nelson Mandela was a terrorist. He was not imprisoned for his political beliefs. He was imprisoned and sentenced to 27 years for his work in building rockets, land mines, etc., for training other terrorists, and for his own participation in terrorist activities.
Following is a short list of Mandela’s crimes, from before, during, and after his years in prison:
As you can see, Nelson Mandela was a real pacifist, a champion of human rights; in fact, I do not know why the Vatican has not already recommended him for sainthood. It is maddening to listen to world leaders drone on at great length about this symbol of freedom, who openly endorsed and assisted the Palestinian Liberation Organization, Yasser Arafat, Muammar Gaddafi, Fidel Castro, and the like. His support of the Palestinians (yes, from behind bars) was partially responsible for the 1972 Munich Massacre and countless other terrorist acts perpetrated against Jews. Yet, even Israelis are extolling this man’s virtues. Such complete ignorance of the truth is incomprehensible to me.
Since the subject of this book is Israel, and the journey on which she has taken me, I will begin with Israel’s long history of terrorism, enslavement, Apartheid, human rights violations, occupation…oh, wait a minute. Did the reader think I was talking about Israel’s perpetration of such atrocities? That is an understandable mistake given all of the anti-Israel, anti-Jew “information” that is bandied about incessantly. But no, I am referring to Israel’s millennia-old victimization by the abuses listed above. Oppression of Israel is nothing new; it has been going on since the days of Jacob. And, certainly, Jews are by no means the only victims of mass genocide and captivity. However, my focus is on Israel, so the discussion will center on its history.
Anyone who is familiar with the Old Testament will recall countless times in which Jews were forced from their homeland into exile and/or enslavement. Beginning with Egypt, continuing on with the Babylonians, the Philistines, the Romans, the Byzantine Empire, the Ottoman Empire, and of course, the Nazis, Jewish history is replete with such stories. Hatred of Jews is so PERVERSE that America is hated precisely because of its support for Israel. Even individuals, such as myself, are singled out and despised if we dare to speak out on her behalf.
But, why? What is the threat? Why are (at present) 15 million people world-wide the subject of a fear so deeply rooted that extremist elements will go to any and all lengths in their attempts to rid the planet of this people? For those who believe the Bible (the Tanakh), it is because of Israel’s repeated disobedience of God. There is something to be said for that explanation, but the picture is far darker, especially in this present age. How have people become so indoctrinated to the idea that Jews are “apes”, or “pigs”, or “dogs”, or “canaries”, or “mifchling” (German for “rats”)? Why do these same people believe the only “Solution” is to eradicate Israel?
Modern-day terrorism has its roots in the Koran; indeed, this will come as a surprise to those who have not studied, but Hitler performed his deeds in part at the behest of the Muslim Brotherhood. The “Grand Mufti”, Haj Amin al-Husseini, was friends with Hitler, and he advised his friend to, “Kill all the Jews wherever you may find them”, advice the Fuhrer obviously took to heart. Yet, the Muslim Brotherhood is touted as being a “peaceful political organization”. It sounds pretty “peaceful” to me. But, let us go on.
I recently encountered someone on the Internet who is doing a documentary on the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens, his aide Sean Smith, and two CIA agents who came to their assistance that fateful night, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. He plans to explore the connection between Benghazi and al-Qaeda. What caught my interest after we began “talking” was that he intends to link the two with Syria. It soon became clear that he had no idea about the terrorist networks in the Middle East and how they are interlinked.
In Syria, there are no fewer than nine terrorist groups, not including the tens of thousands of freelancers who flocked to the region out of sheer blood-lust. Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood, the Taliban, al-Qaeda, Hamas, the FSA (Free Syria Army), al-Nusra, al-Shabaab (based in Somalia, of “Black Hawk Down” fame), and al-Sharia. Here is where the situation becomes slightly humorous. Hezbollah (supported by Iran) funds Hamas. Yet, Hezbollah is fighting with the Assad regime against Hamas, et. al. They are fighting the very people with whom they are allied?
The fact is, all of these groups are allied in one way or another. The Muslim Brotherhood (based in Turkey, our NATO “ally”) spawned both Hamas and al-Qaeda (contrary to popular conspiracy theories, America did not create them). The Taliban is an “extreme” version of al-Qaeda which branched off during the Russian war in Afghanistan. Al-Nusra, al-Shabaab, and al-Sharia are also branches of al-Qaeda, although they fight amongst one another. In other words, Syria is a terrorist cluster-f***. These groups do not even care whom they kill. If someone from al-Nusra cannot find a member of Assad’s army or Hezbollah, he will simply kill someone from al-Shabaab. Welcome to the mind of a terrorist. It is all about blood. Preferably Jewish, Christian, and/or American blood (in that order of priority), but if none are available, anyone will do.
Back to Israel. In 1947, the Jordanians were offered a very lucrative land deal, which would have given them 85% of what became Israel. Did they accept it? No. Instead, they vowed to “shove Israel into the Sea”. The Arabic world tried to make good on this vow in 1948 when they attacked the newly-formed nation one day after its declaration of Statehood. Israel won the War of Independence, which the Arab world dubbed “an-Nakba”, which means “disaster” or “catastrophe”. An-Nakba became the mantra for all future attacks against Israel, and is the reason the Arab world refuses to acknowledge the State’s existence to this day. In 1949, Israel’s borders were established by the 1949 Armistice Line, the so-called “pre-1967 borders” that are the subject of heated debate today. But, was this “catastrophe” Israel’s fault for winning the War, or was it the Jordanians’ fault for refusing the deal offered in 1947? In the words of Shimon Peres, “We cannot apologize for their mistake”.
Thus began the long string of organizations that have formed over the years with the sole purpose of destroying this tiny nation. While the list is almost limitless, I will cover the most notable. First was the fedayeen, who conducted commando raids into the mid-1950’s. On their heels came al-Fatah, (AKA “Asifa”, meaning “storm), although it was not named officially until 1965. This group continues its work to this day. In 1964, the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) was formed, and from it came several offshoots, including the PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine), the DFLP (Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine), and the infamous Black September. The ANO (Abu Nidal Organization) broke off from the PLO in the mid-1970’s and began its own reign of terror.
And, finally came Hamas in 1987. Remember the Hamas Charter? Much of it quotes Mohammed and the Koran. Following is the complete text with a brief introduction:
With this brief overview of groups dedicated, not only to the destruction of Israel, but to the “liberation” of “Palestine”, I will now turn to the history of the “Palestinians”.
The “Palestinians”
A mural is being painted on the Western Wall that is the epitome of revisionist history. The portrait claims to show the 3,500 year history of “Palestine”. I have a question: The Tanakh is replete with stories of epic battles between Israel and the Babylonians, Israel and the Syrians, Israel and the Philistines, etc. One would think that a people who existed 3,500 years ago would at some point have been mentioned. After all, Israel and the Palestinians have been going at it for a while now. My question is, why is there not one mention of a battle between Israel and the “Palestinians”?
Perhaps the answer lies in history. First, going back to ancient times, there was a place called Jordan. It was located inside of what is now Israel. Trans-Jordan (which is now Jordan) lay across the river. The two existed for several thousand years.
(To be Continued)
